6.3 Liter (383 cubic inches) - LS1-Based 6.6 Liter (402 cubic inches) - LS2-Based
This is a very common stroker configuration for the LS1, using a 4.000" stroke along with the stock block to increase the displacement to 6.3 liters (383 cubic inches). This setup is a great balance between low-end torque and high-end power and RPM, making it extremely versatile, as well as more powerful than stock. The available low to medium compression ratios also make this combo perfect for either naturally aspirated or boosted applications. Bore sizes are set at 3.902" (+.003 over stock). more info
This is essentially the same setup as the 6.3L stroker (4.000" stroke), however it is designed for use with the LS2 block which has a 4.000" base bore. This combination yields 6.6 liters (402 cubic inches) of displacement compared to the 6.0L in a stock LS2. As with the 6.3L kits, this configuration balances low-end torque and top-end power/RPMs, making it a very versatile, popular choice. Available with dish top/reverse dome or flat top pistons, this combo is best when ran either naturally aspirated or boosted. Bore sizes range from 4.030" to 4.060". more info
6.8 Liter (421 cubic inches) - LS2-Based
This configuration uses a bit longer 4.125" stroke to produce a 6.8L (421cid) displacement in an LS2 block. As a result, motors using this setup will have more bottom end power than the 6.6L, at the expense of top-end power and high RPMs. Great for applications where high RPM aren't generally as important, such as street/strip running either naturally aspirated or boosted. Bore sizes range between 4.030" and 4.060". more info
